On Saturday, October 27th, the Rosebud-Lott Roaring Cougar Band wrapped up their marching season at the Area competition in Whitney, Tx. They did well, finishing in 12th place in the preliminary finals. Only the top 10 advanced to finals. The band had a successful season, earning the highest rank at all of the practice marching contests. The show will be performed once again at this Friday night’s home game and for the last time at next week’s game in Hearne, unless the football team makes playoffs.

“I couldn’t be more proud of the band,” co-drum major Audrey Krieger said. “Now we can start getting ready for concert season.”
