Athletes of the week are John Paul Reyna, Jackie Salazar, and Austin Losoya. In the Cougars 2 playoff game, John Paul led the team in scoring, rebounding, and blocks. He has been a valuable asset to the team throughout this year. “Jackie pitched 3 shutouts, only allowing 1 run, and struck out 17 batters across 3 games of pitching. Not only was she a leader in the circle, but her on base percentage was .892! I could not be more proud of her performance!” said by Coach G.
