The Boys Powerlifting Team started their spring break in Navasota, TX with a regional meet. They went above and beyond and upheld the standards given. Among the lifters participating, Daniel Rincon broke the regional squat record and was named outstanding lifter for the light platforms alongside with outstanding squatter on the light platforms. Individual results are below.

Other members of the boys powerlifting team that qualified for regionals were Timothy Kruger from the 123lb weight class, Jaxon Salazar from the 148lb weight class as an alternate, and Justin Portillo from the 275lb weight class as an alternate.
The boys for also competing hard to keep their 3rd time Regional Champion title. Coach Gilmore was also named 1st place Coach.
Daniel Rincon, Garrett Cook, and Luke Price have qualified for state and will be competing in Abilene Saturday morning.
