Mrs. Rabroker is one of the new teachers here at Rosebud-Lott and just recently came from Westphalia ISD, where she taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade English. She chose Rosebud-Lott to be with her children, Pryce and Teagan Rabroker, as they reach the end of their education. Mrs. Rabroker said, ” I have been enjoying my time here especially the fast and more mature atmosphere of the school.” Her background of education started when she was born in Wharton, TX and then continued as she attended El Campo Highschool and graduated in 2001. She began to grow her education when she enrolled in Wharton County Junior College and transferred to Texas A&M to graduate in 2005 with an Ag degree. Mrs. Rabroker decided to come and work with some high school students at the local greenhouse in Marlin, TX. Without her teaching degree she could not uphold this job opportunity, so she took some online classes and began to guide students through the educational journey just as she does today. Even though this is not how she pictured her career path ending up, she still has the goal of one day owning her own nursery and landscape design business. Mrs. Rabroker hopes that she will be remembered as a teacher who helped and encouraged students to see literature from a different perspective. She is a hard-working person that tries to go above and beyond the standard and maintain the stellar status for not only herself, but to also help others strive to the best of their abilities.
