The Cougar golf team competed in the district competition last week as Sammons Golf Course in Temple.

The team played well, with the girls placing third overall. Advancing to Regionals were Kayley Robertson, Jackie Salazar for the girls and Logan Kleypas for the boys.

The regional golf tournament will be April 17-18 for the girls and April 19-20 for the boys, both at Cherokee Ranch in Jacksonville.
