Last night, April 28, the Roaring Cougar band held their annual end of the year concert. The 7th grade, Consolidated band, and High School band all performed many songs, showing off their abilities for the packed audience. The High School band performed “Marches of the Armed Forces” by Michael Sweeney, “Repercussions” by Robert W. Smith, “Angela’s Song” by Ed Huckeby (Featuring Senior Mario Tre Watson), and “Kyiv 2022” by Brian Balmages. The middle school bands performed various pieces that showcased sections throughout the band. Students also received end-of-year awards during the concert, including band booster scholarship recipients.
